My Story
Hi, I'm Bill, the founder of Snail Postal Service. Over 10 years ago, I came to the United States from Hong Kong as an international student. Like many students far from home, I found myself longing for a more meaningful way to connect with my friends and family back in Hong Kong, as well as college friends who had scattered across the nation after graduation.
While emails and text messages were convenient, they felt impersonal and fleeting. I missed the tangible connection that comes from receiving something physical in the mail - something you could hold, keep, and treasure. There was something special about physical letters that digital communication just couldn't replicate.
That's when the idea for Snail Postal Service was born. I wanted to create a bridge between the convenience of digital communication and the heartfelt nature of traditional letter writing. A way to send genuine, personal letters without the hassle of printing, addressing, and mailing them yourself.
