2. Description of Service

Snail Postal Service is a digital platform that allows users to compose, customize, and send physical letters. We print and mail your letters on your behalf using automated systems and third-party postal services.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SPS only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use our service to:

• Send commercial, promotional, or marketing materials
• Send threatening, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Send bulk or automated mailings

5. Payment and Pricing

Our current pricing is $7.99 per letter sent. Payment is required before processing your letter. All fees are non-refundable once your letter has been printed and mailed. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Content and Privacy

You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to print and mail your letters. We do not read, store, or share your letter content beyond what is necessary to provide our service. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Delivery and Liability

We use third-party postal services for delivery. While we strive for reliable delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times or success. Our liability is limited to the cost of the letter service. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged mail once it enters the postal system.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
