Your data is only decrypted (unlocked) in these specific situations:
- When you log in and view your own letters
- At the moment we prepare your letter for printing
- When verifying an address with postal services
After these processes are complete, the information returns to its encrypted state. This means your sensitive data is only briefly "unlocked" when absolutely necessary.

Can your employees read my letters?
No. Your letter content is encrypted in our database, and our employees do not have access to the encryption keys needed to read your letters. The printing and mailing process is fully automated.
What happens to my letter after it's sent?
After your letter is printed and mailed, the content remains encrypted in your account history. You can choose to delete your letter history at any time from your account settings.
How do you handle payment information?
We never store your complete credit card information. We use trusted third-party payment processors that adhere to PCI DSS standards, ensuring your payment information is handled securely.
What if there's a data breach?
Even in the unlikely event of a data breach, your sensitive information would remain protected because it's encrypted. Without the encryption keys, the data would be unreadable to unauthorized parties. We also have protocols in place to quickly respond to and mitigate any security incidents.
